Why is the Year 1 total on Track B so much higher than Track A?
Because Track B includes ongoing monthly costs - ad management, the retainer, or both - while Track A is a one-time build plus flat monthly hosting. Track B's year one looks big because you're seeing the build plus 12 months of marketing in one figure. By year two, the one-time build fee is gone and your cost drops by roughly a third.
What does "ads setup included" actually mean in the Track B build tiers?
It means we build your Google Ads account from scratch - campaign structure, keyword research, ad copy, conversion tracking, landing page alignment. This is the setup work, not the ongoing management. The monthly management fee (Starter $500 through Enterprise $2,000) is separate and kicks in once ads are live.
Can I start with Track A and add ads or the retainer later?
Yes. Plenty of clients launch a Track A site first, see it proving itself, then add Google Ads management or the Growth & SEO retainer a few months later. There's no penalty, no "you should've started higher." The site's built to support either path from day one.
The calculator quotes me in dollars - do you work in GBP?
We're UK-based but most of our clients are US clinics, so quotes are in USD by default. If you're a UK business, the quote works the same way — just converted to GBP at the current exchange rate, locked in your contract. The numbers don't move after that.
If I download a quote today, is that price locked in?
The quote is valid for 30 days from the date on the PDF. After that, we'd need to regenerate it - prices can change, though we give existing clients and active prospects advance notice before any change.
The Google Ads spend isn't in the calculator. How much should I actually budget?
Ad spend depends on your market, but for most TMS and mental health clinics we recommend a starting budget of $3,000–$5,000/mo. The calculator's "Active" ads management tier is built for this range. If you're genuinely starting small, $1,500–$3,000/mo also works, just pair it with the Starter tier. Ad spend is billed directly by Google, never through us.
What if my situation doesn't fit any of the calculator tiers?
Then you need the Enterprise/Custom tier, and we'd scope it on a call. The calculator covers about 90% of what clinics need. The other 10% - multi-site networks, migrations, bespoke integrations - is custom work from $10,000+. Book a strategy call and we'll figure it out together.
What's a "lead page" and do I actually need one?
A lead page is a single page built for one specific purpose - usually matching a Google Ad or a seasonal campaign. Unlike a normal website page, it strips out the navigation and only has one job: get a visitor to enquire. The copy matches the ad that brought them there, the design removes distractions, and every element (headline, proof, form, CTA) is built around conversion.
You don't need one - your website already has contact forms and service pages. But if you're running ads, lead pages typically convert 2–3× better than sending ad traffic to a standard service page, because the message matches exactly what the ad promised. Most Track B clients add 1–3 over time as specific campaigns launch.
