What if I want to leave?

Do you do intake, staffing, or treatment enrollment?
No. We build leads - websites, ads, SEO, CRM, qualification funnels. We don't run your clinical operations, we don't train your intake team, we don't enroll patients into treatment. If you need a clinic operations partner, we're not the right fit. If you need patients in your calendar, we are.
Is this HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. The CRM runs on a HIPAA-tier infrastructure with a Business Associate Agreement in place. Contact forms are built inside the CRM and embedded on your website via iframe - submissions route directly into the BAA-covered system, never through unsecured email. Phone, SMS, and patient email communications all run through the same HIPAA-compliant stack.
How long does a build take?
45–90 days from kickoff to launch. The variable is how quickly you can review and approve at each milestone - sitemap, design, copy, go-live. We launch ads and your CRM in parallel with the build, so leads start flowing before the main site is even live.
Can I just have the website without the marketing?
Yes - that's our parent service, BuildForLeads. Websites start at $5,000 one-time. BuildForPatients is the bundled offering for interventional psychiatry clinics - website, ads, SEO, CRM, and qualification funnel together. Most clinics get better results with the full bundle, but a website-only build is an option if that's where you're starting.
What if my build runs over 90 days?
Some do - usually when content review or brand asset delivery takes longer than expected. We agree the timeline upfront and tell you if it's slipping. Ads management and platform fees start when your ads go live - typically week 3-4 after kickoff. SEO retainer starts at website launch, since there's no site to optimise until then.
What if my clinic isn't open yet?
We work with both established and launching clinics. Same build process - your CRM, landing pages, and ads infrastructure are set up in the first 2-3 weeks, with the main website built over 45-90 days alongside. The difference for a launching clinic: ads stay paused until you confirm you're ready to take patients. Once you give the go, ads launch and the standard billing schedule applies. SEO retainer starts when your website goes live.
Do you work with clinics that offer multiple services - TMS, Spravato, and ketamine together?
Yes. Most clinics we work with offer at least two. Every treatment you offer gets its own page on the main site -The framework pricing, what's involved, who it's for.
Google Ads landing pages are different. Framework includes one. On the strategy call we'll recommend how many your clinic actually needs based on your service mix, ad spend, and local competition. Additional landing pages can be added or built into a Full Build package.
Can the qualification funnel handle both adult and adolescent patients?
Yes. TMS is FDA-cleared for ages 15 and up, so the funnel has an adolescent path built in. If a patient under 18 enters the quiz, the flow adjusts — different questions, different safety checks, different result routing.
The adolescent path is toggleable per clinic. If you don't treat under-18s, it stays off by default and those patients route to the "not a fit" page with appropriate resources instead.
